What could possibly be so important, you ask?!</p> <p>We scramble, sauté, bake, charbroil, and grill –yet we’re missing the all-American favorite…pancakes! For too long now our grill has only been just large enough for mountains of red seasoned potatoes. Yum, those potatoes!</p> <p>It took great will, a genius, and the installment of a 2nd grill to solve this situation. Ta da, it’s a dream come true! According to the very informative blog <a href="http://tequilabuzz.com/different-ways-to-drink-tequila">Tequila Buzz</a> the answer is to select 100% blue-agave Tequila products instead of the less expensive Tequila Mixto brands.</p> <p>They state that, “Whenever any sugar is added to tequila–whether from the manufacturing process (like mixtos) or through margarita mixes that contain sugar or by adding carbonated or fruit beverages that contains sugar–the resulting hangover will be increased.” Yep, you’ll pay a bit more for the 100% blue agave tequila, but it’s sure worth it. Our house margarita sells for $5 – have us make it with our 100% blue-agave Hussong’s Tequila instead and you only pay $2 more. Yes, it is true<br /> my lovely quizgoers! I may have missed you and our Monday night<br /> shenanigans when I let Quizmaster Garth take over last week… just keep<br /> it our little secret alright? (Like that horrid American Reject song)</p> <p>Last night, however, was probably the shallowest and pop culture-est<br /> night of quiz rounds I’ve seen in a long while. Though it turns out<br /> y’all know more about SNL skits, 90’s TV, and celebrity physical<br /> deformities than may be healthy. A dyed in the wool nerd like me was<br /> baffled as <strong>Team Treasured Chests</strong> whaled on you lot with their<br /> knowledge of pop culture fluff even as <strong>Team Put a Bird On It</strong><br /> snapped at their heels for first place. Unfortunately for the rest of<br /> you, halfway through the quiz I turned over to more historical rounds<br /> on empires, assassinations, and Roman mythology.
